Often, without even noticing, you are sowing.

Our words and our actions are like seeds. When we sow doubt, discouragement, insecurity, selfishness — we grow those things.

But when we recognize our unique God-given ability to sow, even when we don’t see it, things like JOY, HUMILITY, FAITH, WHOLENESS — those seeds take root and begin to grow.

If you observe your life, and don’t like what you see, start taking note of what you’re SOWING. It is never too late to begin sowing in faith what God has designed you for.

“Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.” Galatians‬ ‭6:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Proverbs‬ ‭18:21‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Uproot the weeds with seeds of FAITH today.

Here are some examples that might help you:

“My spouse is not a burden, but a gift to my life. My marriage is a blessing.”

“Even though I feel swamped at work, God has a plan and purpose for where I work. He can use this season for his glory.”

“God has not forgotten me. I may not be able to understand what He is up to, but I trust that His ways are higher and He will work things together for my good, according to his purpose!”

“I may have felt discouraged this morning but I remind myself that THIS IS THE DAY the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it!”

“I AM SECURE! What God has for me, is for me. I can celebrate their success, because I am confident that God has something else for me.”

“My kids are loved and known by God. He knows them better than me, and He will give me wisdom as I raise them.”

Here for you always, church girl.
